  • Test Schedule: DTS reserves the right to modify test dates and venues in unforeseen circumstances, with timely notifications provided to candidates.
  • Payments: Test fees are non-refundable once paid unless specified under the Refund Policy.
  • Data Accuracy: Clients and candidates are responsible for ensuring all data submitted (personal or organizational) is correct and up-to-date. DTS will not be held responsible for applicant disqualification.
  • Code of Conduct: Candidates must adhere to the guidelines shared for each test to ensure fairness and integrity. Misconduct may lead to disqualification without refund.
